The Social Good committee is focused on data done right. We care deeply about modern issues the rapid pace of technology comes with and how to tackle them.
(01) — Our work
We provide pro-bono support for non-profit organizations, developing advanced analytical insights to recognize uplifting initiatives around the globe.
By using ‘tech for social good’, our diverse team of talented individuals prides itself on the impact it makes working on meaningful projects across the societal, healthcare, and environmental domains.
We focus our efforts not only on providing effective solutions to real-world issues, but also on addressing ethical challenges within the tech landscape — a need made increasingly evident by the rapid advancement of technology and the prevalence of data in today’s world. In our committee, we strive to instill a passion for ethical commitment within our members as they prepare to pursue their professional endeavors.

(03) — Committee life
Beyond the client work, this is what a semester in the committee looks like.

Members meet to talk through the ethical and political questions behind the data they work with, and to practice making a case they can defend.

Hands-on sessions on the skills the committee leans on most — including decking, where members build and critique the slides that carry a project's findings.

Games and socials that give the committee a reason to spend time together away from the work itself.
